I develop computer-based methods to model behaviour of essential molecules in our bodies - proteins. Their malfunction is responsible for many diseases and body responses to them, and I am particularly interested in antimicrobial resistance.
I recently started an independent position at Chemistry of University of Edinburgh. My work is on developing computational approaches to understand how molecules function in our bodies. Our topic of interest is antimicrobial resistance and it's prevention.
